  • Do you do house calls?
    Yes, our doctors and health care providers do house calls.
  • Do you accept my insurance for house calls?
    We do not accept insurance for house calls; however, some insurance companies will reimburse you for the out-of-pocket cost of house calls. We can do all the paperwork on your behalf to try to get you all your money back.
  • But I have Medicare, you must accept that?
    We do not accept Medicare; however, we have some Medicare patients who have gotten reimbursed by Medicare. We can help submit all paperwork on your behalf to try to get you reimbursed from Medicare; however, note that since we don't participate with Medicare, we are legally obliged to tell you that you can seek care from physicians and other health care providers who do accept Medicare and that Medicare may not reimburse you for any medical services we provide.
  • How about Medicaid, do you accept that?
    No, we do not accept Medicaid.
  • Do you accept my insurance for office visits?
    We do accept some insurance plans as out of network providers for office visits only. In general, the plans we can work with are called "PPO" insurance plans. If we do accept your insurance, you will be responsible for paying your copayment and may be responsible for paying your co-insurance and your deductible.   • I want to be seen as soon as possible, how quickly can a doctor see me?
    We see many patients within 2-4 hours of receiving the call; however, we prefer to schedule with at least 1 business day notice.
  • Do you do house calls in Westchester, Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, the Hamptons, and all of Manhattan?
    Yes, we do house calls throughout the NYC area and outside of NYC as well. Additional fees apply for travel outside of NYC.
  • How much is a doctor office consult cost?
    We currently charge $650 per physician office consult as a flat fee.
  • Ok, if I am willing to pay for a consult, am I guaranteed the medicines and treatment I want?
    We guarantee a thorough physician consult but cannot promise you that you will get a prescription for exactly what you need or request, this is at the doctor's discretion..
