New York House Call Physicians do not have any hidden fees. If you are unclear about any medical fees, please call 646.957.5444 and ask. Below is a list of our fees:

Cancellation Fee=50% of the consultation cost [A "cancellation fee" will be applied to all appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment request]

Doctor Office Visit=$400

Doctor Hospital Visit=$600

Doctor House Call (NYC except Staten Island)=$600
Doctor House Call (Staten Island)=$700
Doctor House Call (outside NYC)=$600 plus $400 per hour transit time

Doctor Telephone Consultation=$400

Intravenous Therapist House Call (NYC except Staten Island)=$500
Intravenous Therapist House Call (Staten Island)=$700
Intravenous Therapist House Call (Outside NYC)=Please call to confirm fees

Phlebotomist House Call (NYC except Staten Island)=$300
Phlebotomist House Call (outside NYC)=Please call to confirm fees

Physical Therapy (Manhattan)=$300
Physical Therapy (Outside Manhattan)=Please call to confirm fees

Prolonged Service Fee=50 to 100% of the consultation cost [A "Prolonged Service Fee" is when the patient is late for their appointment, requiring New York House Call Physicians to wait greater than 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time or if a consultation is protracted]

Ultrasound Office=$600 per body area
Ultrasound (NYC except Staten Island)=$600 per body area
Ultrasound (outside NYC)=Please call to confirm fees

X-Ray Office=Not available
X-Ray (NYC)=$400
X-Ray (outside NYC)=Please call to confirm fees
